This guide will help the class or group facilitator lead participants in a practical and interactive way. You'll have questions and discussion points, class advice from beginning to end. 

Video Instruction

This course comes with a 15 minute video instruction element for each chapter.

Rudi introduces each chapter and shares a relevant story, testimony along with a core overview of the subject and focus points.
